Mission
Axia Women is an organization by, for, and about Orthodox women in the service of Christ.
We are a Pan-Orthodox community celebrating Orthodox women across the Eastern and Oriental Orthodox Churches.
Our mission is to create spaces where Orthodox women are seen and heard, supporting them to flourish within our Church. We work to build a Christ-centered community in which Orthodox women participate with their full and authentic selves – a place where women are renewed and build sustaining relationships across jurisdictions.
By making visible the extraordinary breadth of ways Orthodox women live out their faith, we raise up one another’s gifts for our own salvation and the well-being of the whole Church.
